Based in Massachusetts and serving Greater New England and beyond, Kadeema Rentals is a design-forward rental studio known for curated furniture, textiles, and objects that shape elevated environments. Since 2016, Kadeema has partnered with planners, creatives, and brands to bring thoughtful, visually compelling spaces to life across New England’s most sought-after destinations.
Rooted in a belief that atmosphere matters, each collection is intentionally assembled to balance form, comfort, and flow—supporting moments of gathering, connection, and celebration. From large-scale events to editorials and experiential installations, Kadeema’s approach is collaborative, refined, and deeply considered.

Founder & Creative Direction

Kristen Bender-Daaboul founded Kadeema Rentals while planning her own wedding in Boston—searching for furniture that balanced style, comfort, and connection. With a tented reception and two distinct cultural and religious backgrounds to honor, she envisioned environments where guests could step away from the dance floor, gather in conversation, and still feel fully immersed in the experience.
Unable to find pieces that reflected both the aesthetic and functionality she had in mind, Kristen began investing in a collection tailored to her vision. What started as a personal solution quickly evolved into a design-forward rental studio. Client Experience & Sales

Nancy leads the client experience at Kadeema Rentals, guiding projects from initial inquiry through design development and execution. As part of the sales and design team, she works closely with clients to develop design decks and ensure a seamless, thoughtful experience. For select VIP projects, Nancy is also present on site, supporting planners and partners through installation and event day.Rooted in a belief that atmosphere matters, each collection is intentionally assembled to balance form, comfort, and flow—supporting moments of gathering, connection, and celebration. Creative Director of Marketing

Katie serves as Creative Director of Marketing at Kadeema Rentals, leading brand strategy, visual direction, and editorial storytelling across all platforms. She works closely with the creative and client experience teams to translate Kadeema’s design philosophy into cohesive campaigns, digital presence, and high-impact partnerships. Her role focuses on positioning the brand with intention—ensuring each project, collaboration, and moment reflects the elevated, design-forward experience Kadeema is known for.

Design Collaborator

Kelsey supports Kadeema Rentals on select large-scale projects, bringing a focused design lens and elevated attention to detail. With a background in interior design, she contributes to spatial flow, styling decisions, and on-site execution for private estate events and larger venue installations. Working closely with the creative and production teams, Kelsey helps ensure each environment feels intentional, cohesive, and thoughtfully composed from concept through event day. Often accompanied by Bella, Kadeema’s office support dog, she brings both professionalism and warmth to the projects she supports.
