A Celebration of Kadeema’s Top 20 Corporate and TV Production Rentals

Since its inception in 2016, Kadeema has provided exceptional service to illustrious corporate events. With the launch of Kadeema, we organized spectacular event rentals for Google in NYC and Burberry at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston. Since then, we have expanded greatly in the corporate and movie set rentals arena. We are proud to have become a trusted name among TV’s most-watched networks, such as Bravo and Netflix, and we’d like to present some of our most memorable events.

We have had the privilege of working with some of the most well-known brands in the industry, including Gucci, TJ Maxx, Potpourri, Wayfair, Jimmy Choo, Nike, Converse, New Balance, Ciroc, Hennessey, Tiffany & Co. and MVAAFF – Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival. These were curated lounge pieces for sets; the main stage, green rooms, cocktail parties, and receptions.

Netflix Series Set Rentals from Kadeema

Our HIVE Glam tents, provided to us by the amazing team at Hive, were featured in Ashley Sykes’ Netflix series and the “Mothership” set in 2021, as well as at the Google event in NYC. These were incredible opportunities to showcase our products to a wider audience.

In 2022, we provided rental services for Bravo’s Real Housewives in the Berkshires, and in 2023, we were honored to be a part of Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic and Tiffany & Co.’s events in NYC. These experiences have motivated us to continue providing top-notch services and products to our customers.

Kadeema had the opportunity to work with Heather Dawn Events on planning and designing 5 rental sets for the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip-Season 2. You can watch the behind-the-scenes video of the Welcome to New England Clam Bake set. The filming for Season 2 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club took 9 days in The Berkshires at the iconic Bluestone Manor.

Corporate Event Rentals for The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in 2023

The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Liberty State Park was a spectacular champagne-fueled event that took place in 2023. The event was a perfect blend of Kadeema’s designer furniture rentals, the best of New York’s fashion, and amazing bubbly. Lounge sets were arranged for the Rosé Garden, and dedicated VIP sections of the event were set up with open-lounge seating, a gourmet lunch, and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rosé champagne. The event was truly an elite and luxurious summer experience, with the most stylish outfits on display. The guests spent the ultimate day in the sun, watching an exciting polo match, picnicking with friends, and sipping on radiant champagne.

The Prism House transformed the Boston Convention Center into a Disco Paradise.

We wrapped up 2023 with a Disco Holiday Party planned by The Prism House for Beacon Hill Staffing. The party featured our new lounge rental set and metallics for the ever-popular disco scene.

A Bland Conventional Hall into a Disco Paradise

The Prism House transformed the Boston Convention Center into a disco paradise for a special event using their talented creative team and sourcing Kadeema Rentals and Form Creative Services. They sourced Kadeema Rentals for our disco lounge offerings, providing unique rental seating, textiles, accents, and Form Creative Services for their custom bars and backdrops. The Boston Convention Center transformed into a dazzling hub of energy and excitement for 2,500 guests. Kadeema provided rentals of Metallic Silver Sofas, Floria velvet chairs, Prism tables, Disco Ball Coffee Tables, wavy light-up floor mirrors, and more. The set-up was a sight to behold. Form Creative Services added their touch of unmatchable style, making the atmosphere perfect for capturing the hype of the Disco Era into 2024!

Kristin Mitchell has over a decade of experience in high-end event planning and hospitality. The Prism House specializes in experiential design and offers creative direction, floral design and styling, corporate event design and production, wedding planning and design, editorial shoots, branding, social media, interior design, props, and food styling, among other things.

Q&A with Kristin Mitchell, The Prism House – Co-Creator + Creative Director

What were your favorite items rented for the disco event and why?

The metallic silver sofas were hero pieces for us! And pairing them with the disco tile wall and disco ball coffee tables in a double lounge was true brilliance on Carrie’s part. The Mia Blush Lavender Sofa, Ruby Striped Chairs, and Prism Cocktail Tables were also absolutely clutch for this design. 

Why do you use Kadeema for your corporate event rentals?

We’ve been working with Kadeema for nearly a decade and wouldn’t trade the partnership for anything. Kristen’s eye for design is second-to-none, and her willingness to go above and beyond makes her team absolutely invaluable to our business process. Your regular catalog is wildly inclusive and generally meets our needs, but if we want to get wild and design something new to the rental industry, we know Kristen and the Kadeema team are always willing to get creative by our side. 

What’s in the mix for the Prism House in 2024?

The Prism House’s goal for 2024 is to GO BIG! On the event side, we’re targeting clients who crave large experiential events (the more guests, the better!) that feature large-scale installations, illuminate their brand story, communicate their mission, celebrate their team, and highlight upcoming promotions or product launches. On the brand side: we are planning to work with existing clients and new brands to elevate their story through strategic, carefully-curated, expertly produced photo and video shoots. We are expanding our video department and continuing to make sure our clients are putting their brands in motion to reach their target market as mobile video consumption continues to rise!
